Sunday we got a dog. She is so cute! Her name is Marley and she is a maltipoo. she sill be tiny forever (hopefully!). Here are some pictures. We went to my parents and let the girls play around today and took Marley with us.

I haven't seen this much snow in a LOOOONG time! We got 6 1/2 inches at our house! It was so pretty watching it fall. I had given up hope on getting snow this year but it was so worth the wait! Anna of course loved it but ava was not so into it. She wanted to be inside eating. LOL! she did have her first sledding experience and it went good so maybe she will love it like the rest of us! Here are some pictures of our fun snow day!!!

I had to share this funny story! Anna came up to me and said I'm going to be Dr. Jones (her ped.). So she comes up and says Mommy, did you have a bad day? What happened to you last week? I'm going to squish you! (that means take bloodpressure) Then she takes my temp. and says You have a smiley face (a smiley face and frown face is on her play thermometer, obviously i didn't have a fever=)). So then she says can i listen to your heart? So she listens and says I don't hear anything! You are good! She has all the dr. bag and all the goods! She then gives me a play knife and says You are all better! Here is your Lollipop!!! LOL!!!! She just replayed her dr. appointments to a T!

Taryn, if you read this, tell Stephen he has taught her well! LOL!!

Chic Affair has launched!

Mine and Allison's business, Chic Affair, is now known in the upstate by many moms! We did a booth at switch-a-roos this past week and weekend and it was wonderful!! We are booking cakes and cupcake orders everyday. God is BLESSING us!!!! The pictures below are of me and the girls being goofy before I started the sale and I was spending precious time with them b/c i wasn't going to see them much during switch-a-roos. =) the other pics are of Jon's birthday cake and some of the cakes we took with us and me and Allison at switch-a-roos. This past weekend was very busy but very fun! Jon and i went to the parenting conference at Grace friday and saturday and it was packed with TONS of great information and ideas! We were really blessed! Friday night we saw a lot of friends and wished the break was longer so we could have talked a little more. We will just have to get together with them sometime soon! I'm now the one in the family struggling with the cold that my family keeps passing around. My head is really hurting but mommies don't really get sick days. =( i did stay in bed the majority of the day yesterday b/c jon's sweet mom came and got the girls for me!! THANK YOU!!!! Here is a picture of ava who fell asleep in her highchair last week. She has NEVER done this. This new seat has a recliner and allison told me why and this is the reason! I thought it was soooo sweet!!!

We are enjoying our wii!!! we did have our first wii related injury this weekend though. Anna knows not to walk around who ever is playing. well, she had memory lapse and walked behind me while i was playing jon in tennis. I didn't see her and smacked the back of her head. She cried, and i cried, and i had to ice my finger and she was fine! oh, the drama! So anyways, i thought this was cute of her and jon playing! For our small group meeting sunday i signed up to bring a dessert and i thought i would just practice the cakes, so i did the giant cupcake!!! it was yummy and only 1 piece was left!! Since we didn't get to celebrate jon's bday last week we went to liberty and ate sat. night. It was soooo good!! Here is his guinness cake i made him. While we were being seated EVERYONE was staring and pointing and i had someone ask for a card! LOL!! awesome!

I have been very different for this election than past. I have learned that I need to respect the authority that has been chosen for our country. I have really felt that I have done this since this morning i have learned that the gov't funding for abortion groups is going to begin and the prison at guantanimo (sp?) bay is being closed.

ok, the abortion issue is one that my friend allison and i have discussed. I am totally against it and she is as well. She has said (and i agree) how can people who say they are Christians vote and support someone who is for abortion and thinks it is ok. The Bible says it is wrong! Tommy made a great point by saying what will all the people who voted for him say to God when the blood of these little babies are on their hands? And as for the prison issue, they will bring these terrorists into prisons in the USA!!!! Does that NOT scare you!?!?! I'm really trusting God and trying not to have a spirit of fear but of sound mind. Obama is now over our country and so i will respect his authority and i will really pray for him! He NEEDS God's direction and as of right now I'm just not feelin' it! I hope you all will join with me in continually praying for him b/c it will affect your future and your children's futures!

Oh, and side note......hopefully our household is on the mend. Ava spiked a little fever again yesterday and dr. jones put me at ease. Poor guy had to hear me crying over the phone! Her fever was gone last night so we are hoping it is just maybe teething. Hopefully new floors will be going in soon since jon is well again! We are going to a parenting conference this weekend at church and I'm soooo excited about it! It will hopefully show me some ways to make our household a little more peaceful! Those of you who have facebook have probably noticed that my immediate family has been sick (especially ava) A LOT this fall and winter! Well, this week ava went to her dr. jones TWICE! Now, i really like stephen, but we've seen him more than i'd like to in 1 week. We went Mon. and she was much better. We went last wed. and she had the beginnings of walking pneumonia! OMG! So, she was on meds and was MUCH better Mon. Jon woke up tues. morning and went to work not feeling really well. Normally he gets over it in an hour. He NEVER gets sick!! He has been in the bed since 1:00 tues. LITERALLY! Today, ava had a temp of 102.2 ON MOTRIN! So we went back to see dr. jones to find she now has an ear infection. This is all very new to me even though i'm a mother of 2. Anna is like jon. she has never been on an antibiotic and she is 3! AMAZING! well, this is ava's 4 round of antibiotics since nov. and her 3rd ear infection.

My nerves are gone! I've cried with almost everyone i spoke with today. I feel that our family is really where God is wanting us to be and idk if he is testing my trust and strength or what but I'm going to overcome this. Satan is knowing right where to get me with fear and worry of my children, family and self. I'm going to keep on going and seeking God. I'm in tears of how this is affecting me. I'm mentally and physically drained. Please help me pray that God will get me through this tough time. We have literally been sick all fall and winter. I am feeling so helpless because i'm washing hands and trying all i can do to keep us well. We have discovered though that one of the major problems is our carpet upstairs. That is going to be replace ASAP with wood. Hopefully this will eliminate sickness. We may also have to get rid of our dog of 5 years (if ava is allergic)! I'm really struggling right now and would love some prayers my way. We really are truly blessed when i stand back and look at the situation because it could be MUCH worse! God is putting me through this for a reason. Maybe to just make me stronger!! Thank you all!!! Much love!

Allison's mom is in the hospital so i kept Bleeze for a bit today. He and anna had so much fun playing house! Here is a cute pic of them!

Ok... Ava has fallen rather climbed i guess out of her high chair 3 times! 1 time ems came and the other time we knew how to deal with it. I strap the child in and I mean so tight i'm afraid it will hurt her. She is hudini (sp?). She got out and as i turned around she was falling. This all happened mon. I saw her face and freaked!!! I took her to the dr. immediately and was just crying in the waiting room. My goodness i felt horrible about it! Here are some pics of the after effects. I took these today! My poor baby! She is fine though but her eye looks horrible!!! I hope you all have a great new years eve!!! Please be careful! We are headed to chris and dorsey's to play wii! LOL!!! we are totally obsessed! I will be home though around 9:30 and i'm hoping to stay awake to see the new year. I'm not sure i'll be able to! HEHEHE! Happy New Year!

Christmas Eve!! We even snuck a shot of santa!

On Christmas Eve we usually do Christmas with my grandparents. Next year it will be christmas night with my parents a brother so we'll combine it! YAY! Anna got a tea set and Ava LOVED it. I couldn't believe she liked it! This was before presents were opened. Anna got to open hers from aunt millie.

Ok. this skips a little ahead to christmas night. I always am in charge of the festivities and cooking. I cooked from 11:00 - 6:00. It was worth it though! It was yummmmO! My parents, anna, aunt mo and uncle b! Ok, back to Christmas morn! Anna got the color wonder paint set and made MANY masterpieces!!! THey really are beautiful! Here was the BIG present. The playhouse. I love this thing! I could live in it!!!

Even daddy has a cup of tea! Friday we had Christmas with Jon's parents and his brother chris, and sis in law dorsey and their kids. Molly Blair got a dress up set that she brought for her and anna~ they were SO cute!!! Oh, and mine and jon and chris and dorsey's presents from jons parents were AWESOME!!!! We got a wii!!!!! Wiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!! I am so very sore!

Here is the ward clan! 5 grandchildren in 3 years from 2 sons! We work fast! Here is the Cox side of the family. We go to my dad's parents in the lower part of sc for the weekend after christmas. We have the family reunion on the sunday after christmas! So this is my large side of the fam! And here are my cousins (minus jon and brian at the top and morgan beside me:)) So we had a fantastic Christmas!!! 2 nights before christmas i was listening to Delila (sp?) and she and this woman were talking about the real meaning of Christmas. It was so awesome and then she played Mary did you Know and i cried and cried while drinking my hot chocolate beside the Christmas tree. It was such a sweet time spent with God. Jon was outside and i had all the lights off except the christmas lights. It was an awakening to my hectic life! Anyways....i hope you all had a great Christmas too!

So the Ward's lives have been needless to say....mmm busy! I haven't blogged in so long and i have so many pics and events that happened that i don't know that i can remember them all. hello hello! This is going to have to be rather quick. I have just a little bit while waiting on jon to get ready for us to run by lowe's and then to our small group gathering at the haff's. Anyways...hmmmm...i really don't know where i have left off but here are some highlights. The biggest thing is that we went on the carriage ride in ft. inn last night. I hurried and made a meat loaf (which was VERy yummy) so we could get on the road b/f it got too late. We got the rides and Santa was there!!! Anna was so thrilled and of course Ava looked at him like "if you touch me!" LOL!!! ANyways... we got on the carriage and wanted to go on the inn circle ride but there was a line so we went on the main street. We were enjoying our ride and looking at all the lights and having fun learning about our horse Ben. It was so nice! The weather was GREAT!!! SO we were headed back on the carriage and i hear tires squealing. Yep. We got hit. A chevy TRUCK hit the back of the carriage HARD! Anna was thrown in the floor board and i almost had a heart attack!!! We had to sit there until the police and carriage people inspected the carriage and gave us the clear. Then the police had to get our names. What an ordeal!?!?! I just thank GOd that it wasn't any worse! We could (anna especially) have been seriously hurt! God had his hand on us! we got back home and jon's cousin justin, and his girlfriend courtney stayed with the girls while they slept for me and jon to go to a friend surprise b-day get together at Brixx. So much fun!!!

So, today i dropped my girls with jon's mom for their nap and headed to Target. I just love it there except they take a lot of my moolah! Too many cute things! We got anna a pink and white polka dot wilson tee ball glove and a pink ball and couple of months ago and she LOVES it when jon plays ball with her in the yard. I had to hold myself back today b/c they also have a pink bat bag, a matching pink and white dot bat, and black cleats with pink trim. OK! How cute is that!?!? But i held myself back and opted for some hello kitty stocking stuffers and a large SOFT bat and ball for her to practice with! We are going to only be able to play with it a certain times b/c i know ava's head would become the ball. I'm really excited about this christmas! Anna has just put so much magic in this season! Her eyes light up at everything! I can't wait until Christmas morning when she sees that santa brought her a pretty playhouse!!!! Oh, the tears will be flowing! God has given us this awesome time of year and i'm so glad my family is able to just enjoy it. Well, i need to get our games together and our white elephant gifts to take to the party tonight. I will hopefully post some pics this weekend. Oh, and i have to keep anna and ava occupied christmas eve for like 3 hours. Does anyone have any ideas?!?!?!

Hello again! Yesterday I went Christmas shopping (helping Santa). I haven't really done any shopping because all of our gifts have come from The Glazing Pot. We actually went last night to do hand prints (for the 5 millionth time). When we put the plate on the table Ava who is only 1 year old automatically spreads her little tiny hand and puts it on the table. She knows exactly what to do!!! LOL!! Anyways, i went to walmart. I really wanted to go to the new one on Pelham because it is SOOOOO nice but i had to go to the christian bookstore which is right beside the walmart on woodruff. Ok, I have become a MAJOR germaphobe. Maybe thanks to allison, hehehe! That walmart was like a germ pool. ewwww! I sanatized like a million times while in there. There are soooo many sicknesses going around that i don't want them, especially the stomach bug. Anyways, the trip was VERY successful! My sitter and friend from childhood Jessica (jessa as my girls call her) came and saved the day and let me go while she stayed with them! It was nice. Santa is bringing a playhouse for outside but i also got the fisher price cool school computer thingy? I hope anna likes it! And ava is getting that rocking zebra thing. I searched prices from EVERYWHERE and walmart is the best by FAR!! Kmart was the most expensive by $20!!! Anyways, they are getting a few more little things but the playhouse is the biggy!!I'm hopefully going to finish and start wrapping. I have Bible Study tonight so I have to catch up on reading the excellent wife. Oh my! Have a wonderful festive day! oh, i forgot to tell a short funny story! Yesterday anna wouldn't go to sleep for her nap. She did stay in her room though. When i went to get her to go to the glazing pot i went in her room and she was standing there with 4 pairs on pajama pants on and 4 pajama shirts on! And she was going to keep putting more on!!!! I don't know how she got that many on her little body! Nevertheless, I couldn't keep my composure and busted out into laughter!!! Just another reason to be a mommy! LOL!!!

So our lives have been rather festive i guess you could say! This week we have embraced december. hehehe! we decorated ginger bread houses, hosted a party, and went to the Greenville Christmas Parade. Tomorrow we are off to the Simpsonville parade so i'm sure more pics will be posted tomorrow. We went with the Bagwells to the parade tonight and had sooooo much fun!!! we met them and ate at subway and tried to get a spot to atleast see the parade. Well, the kids saw the parade on top of shoulders! LOL!! Me and allison had fun talking but it sure was cold! After the parade me, jon, and the girls went through the Hyatt and took pics of the tree outside and we strolled throught the Festival of Trees. I just LOVE it there!!! My grandmother used to do a tree when she was alive and i am thinking of starting the tradition back next year. We shall see. We had a lot of fun going out. I told Anna that after Mommy and Daddy got married we went to the Hyatt and had a BIG party. She asked me if everyone sang happy birthday to us! LOL!!! so cute! her are some pics of our fun festive week....

HAHAHAHA!! I looked like jon did about 10 mins earlier b/c anna was on my shoulders. We are going to have to have adjustments. LOL!!

Our day has turned out to be so exciting! This election has not been the exciting part. Probably more nerve racking. Poor allison will have an ulcer by tomorrow. ANYWAYS.... tonight Jon and I were in the floor playing with the girls and i was watching Ava as she stood BY HERSELF!!! My eyes got HUGE and jon was like what? I said LOOK! she took her FIRST 3 steps towards me and is now walking!!!!!!! HOW AWESOME!!!! I am so excited! but a little bit of sadness is in me too. If ava is going to be our las (which is most probably possible) then that was my last first walker. That is one of the BIGGEST firsts! BOOOOHOOOO! but, i'm very glad jon and i both were there to see it. I'm so far behind on pics and i did take some of that. I was going to post but jon took the camera with him. He has gone to my parents to help santa build the girls playhouse. I just wanted to share our exciting news!!!! Have an awesome night and don't stay up all night with the election. We probably won't really know who won for a week or so. LOL!

And so here it is. Here, finally! Election day. Who will you vote for? You may have already voted and I surely hope you voted for McCain. I am going to vote as soon as my mom arrives to get the girls and stay with them. Jon went this am at 6:20 and there were like 30 people in line. I'm praying today for a great outcome for this country. I am not even turning the tv on b/c i'm so over listening to the liberal stations. We are listening to CHRISTMAS MUSIC!!! Actually the CARPENTERS are on!!!!!!!! have yourself a merry little christmas. When i was a little girl this is what my mom would play while we put Christmas up. SO FUN! Now when it comes on we say, I hear Karen! LOL! Anna is coloring like a big girl and ava is eating her muffins. I took Ava to the dr. yesterday and she has an ear infection. First ever of the ward girls! I couldn't believe it! Oh well. she is taking her amoxicillin good though. Yesterday I also found out that our friends' little boy doesn't have a good prognosis. They are not expecting him to make it much longer. My heart hurts for them so bad. Connor is such a sweet little thing and his life has impacted many people. Just please help us pray for peace and strength and comfort. God is so good but I just don't understand things sometimes. Please have a great day and VOTE McCAIN!

My little anna can say things that make me smile and laugh and cry all at the same time! She is so funny. I just got off the phone with my mother and she said Please write some of these things down so I decided to blog them. I'm currently in the bed (8:41pm after we fall back tonight) trying to work off a terrible headache. So anyways.....here are some of her recent funnies. Tonight she spotted the moon when we left Moe's. So we went to toys r us to see what we wanted santa to bring and she was continuing to watch the moon. On the way home she said Look Mommy! The moon is going home with us! It's following us home! She was so excited and it was so sweet and innocent! The next incident was this past week when we all had been fighting or either getting over sinus issues. She came into my room one morning and said, "Mommy, my nose isn't working." I was like WHAT?!?!?! then i asked if she couldn't breathe and i realized what she meant! LOL! The other one was last night and my mom was here with the rest of the fam and Brian and Morgan's dog lilly was here as well. I went upstairs with Anna and she was calling for Jon. I went into her room and she pointed and said Mommy what is that?!?!? Lilly had pooped in her room. My mother then went and cleaned it up and so she and Jon tucked Anna in. Anna sleeps with a HUGE minnie and mickey and my mom told anna that minnie and mickey had gone trick or treating and that they were "pooped". My mom and jon continued their own conversation and anna finally sat up and said MINNIE AND MICKEY POOPED!!!???? she pulled up minnie's dress and was very concerned and nervous! HOW halarious!!!! I just love moments like these. THey make motherhood the BEST job of all!

It's almost here! I'm rather excited. Last night we went to paint pottery (without jon, he had to look at a job) but i forgot it takes me forever to just pick out the pieces so that's all we did. It was fun visiting with julie at the glazing pot! She is so fun! I totally had a mind lapse yesterday when i wrote my blog. I read Allison's and i was like how did i forget to put this. Yesterday we went to pump it up with allison and bleeze. They are soooo fun to watch. They play house every time they get together. Bleeze is anna's best friend. They are just halarious with all the curls bouncing!! LOL! Last night we got home and jon came home early to help get the girls baths. Ava didn't make it to stay up to watch charlie brown but we popped popcorn and watched it downstairs on the "big tv". It was cold though! its freezing "literally" right now. well i'm going to make coffee and breakfast. have a fab day!

Hello all! I have been really slack on blogging. It's just really hard to find time. Anyways....we have had some fun filled busy days lately! I really don't think that we have had a free weekend since august and this weekend is sort of calm. Halloween is soon approaching witch (LOL!) means the sweet and spooky children will be coming wanting tricks or treats. If i don't go get some candy I guess they will be getting tricks from the wards. HAHAHA! it also means that christmas is in less than 2 MONTHS!!!! WHOA!!! Tonight Jon and i are taking the girls to the glazing pot to make the gifts for family. We went apple picking 2 1/2 weeks ago and i have to post some pics! It was beautiful!!!!!! I had to take my parents camera b/c we lost ours for a while but it was found. Long story short....don't ask a man to go look for something when it's lost b/c it may bite them and they still don't see it! WHy did I trust him when he said it wasn't in his truck?!?!? I found it last night in there. Men! My sweet girls have been pretty good. Anna is beginning with an attitude and telling me NO which is shocking me! I send her straight to time out and tell her she doesn't talk to mommy like that! i really think it should be the terrible 3's rather than 2's. Back to Halloween. I'm going to take pics (now that the camera is back!) on Friday. Anna and Ava will start out their day at Waffle House! LOL! My dad takes them A LOT and on Halloween everyone there dresses up and they LOVE anna and ava. So I will dress them up as well. Anna is Fancy Nancy and Ava is a Halloween butterfly fairy thingy from Gymboree. Really cute! Me and anna just got finished making her basket "FANCY". LOL! Then I'm cooking a apple cider beef and pumpkin stew thing that looks really good and paninis. This is what we did last year so i think it is now tradition. My parents are coming and I invited Brian and mo today b/c they came last year too and jon's parents and my grandparents. It's a fun time! I'm thinking about dressing up at Snow White when anna leaves and when she comes to trick or treat at our house Snow White will be here! I'm not sure yet though if I'm going to do it. Well, I'm going to do my bible study devotion. I could so take a nap too! It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown comes on tonight at 8!!! We have it and have seen it like 100 times already this season but it's different when it's on TV. We are excited!!! now i was not going to do the whole political thing this year because i got REALLY bent out of shape about it last election and i said I wouldn't let it this time around. Last time i wasn't married and didn't have children so i had time to be concerned and wear my bush pens and stickers and everything but now that i have kiddos i haven't really paid much attention. I know that God already knows and is in control of what is going to come of this whole thing but I'm really having to put my faith and trust in him. My Bible study and devotions are really lifting me up but I still feel like I need to say this. I'm voting for John McCain. Many republicans seem to not be behind this man 100% but you still need to back him. In the primaries here in SC i didn't vote for him. I really liked Fred Thompson. Well....he was out soon. LOL! Now I am totally backing McCain. He is our man! The thought that Barack Obama could be our next president is quite unnerving. We don't need a rookie in our world today. HELLO????? what are you people thinking? The world cannot have peace by a handshake! I'm sorry but that is just not going to fly. I feel that Obama is very naive. I don't feel comfortable having someone lead our country that doesn't seem to have a clear perspective on things. Man, he sure does make wonderful speeches and sermons but the problem is that i just don't really believe them. I'm not sure but he does have muslum background and don't you think he may give Iran a little leway. Israel is a great friend of ours and if America knows what is good for her she will keep it that way! God is wanting and calling to all the Americans to make the right choice. Come on people....don't you want our children to experience the freedom we do? I don't want to live in fear the way I did the 6 months after 9.11. I was in TOTAL fear! Biden himself said an attack would be made on the US immediately after (IF) Obama was elected and he didn't know what Obama's response would be. What?!?!?! You know....President Bush made some mistake but who doesn't? Atleast he acted after the attacks and obviously it worked because we had not had another like that since! I feel like I'm living in freedom again! Now we don't need to lose it! If you are at all intelligent and want your children and decendants to know the freedom you have today then make the right choice and vote McCain Palin.

here are some of the pictures (of 90 that were taken) from nick and courtney's reception! AWESOME TIME!!!!! We really had a lot of fun ... as you can probably tell. What an amazing time it was! THis is a QUICK entry b/c i'm finally back online (charter communications is really horrible. I don't know why we continue to stay). Nick and Courtney's Rehearsal Dinner

Last night was Nick and Courtney's Rehearsal and dinner. Jon had said that he didn't have to be at the rehearsal, later to find out he was supposed to be there. We didn't make it! We did however make it to the dinner. We had so much fun hanging out with old friends! We had bbq and wine (wierd combo!). I actually had sweet tea and 1 glass of wine. I just love my sweet tea!!! I'm now in the hotel (which is very nice!!!) getting ready to pick the girls up some things at the outlets. Me and Karen are going at 11. I tried to sleep late but ryan called and woke jon so it also woke me and now i can't go back to sleep. I guess i'll try again tomorrow. Here are some pics. ryan and jon just being typical. I'm waiting on clothes to get finished in the wash and dryer so I can finish packing. Actually it probably won't get done until tomorrow a.m. We (jon and i) are leaving around noon tomorrow for Nick and Courtney's wed. It is in SUmmerville and we are staying in a hotel down there for the weekend. I'm so excited!!! Jon is supposed to go surfing with the guys sat. a.m. but it is supposed to rain and be like 62 degrees. Whatever! Jon has never surfed in his life. I won't be there to see it though b/c i'm staying in bed as LOOOOOONG as i am able to. NO CHILDREN! nobody to come in the room at 6:30 and tell me the sun is awake. I'm going to miss my girls sooooo much but I really am glad to be getting this short vacation. I can't wait to sleep like i'm a teen again! LOL! Today my dad took anna on one of their fun trips to WAHO. (YAYAYAYAY!!! Clemson just scored! FINALLY!!! C-L-E-M-S-O-N!!!!) anyways...she loves the waffle house! I think she likes time with her pappy and seeing dolly and all her friends at waho. Then he took her to their house and me and ava ate lunch with anna and my mom. we came back and all took a nap. I had Bible study tonight at Grace. I love my small group at bible study. THey are awesome listeners. I'm so thankful to be a part of Grace. I feel that i have grown so much since we have been there and that we can grow so much more! I'm excited everyweek and i'm totally sad that we are missing this sunday. i'll just listen on podcast. Tommy and allison are taking the boys away this weekend too so i can't get filled in by her. My parents are coming to our house to stay with the girls! Anna is soooo thrilled!!!! She just loves them! Thank you mom and daddy for keeping them!!!!! Now ava doesn't want to come to me if she is with either of my parents. they have their hearts!! hehehe. Well....jon is telling me i have to get productive and iron his shirts so i guess i'm going to go. I'm taking this computer with me and i pray they have wifi. Jon will be with the guys most of the time and so i guess i'll be in the room. i hope they have a jacuzzi tub b/c i may live in it the whole weekend while he's gone!!! AHHHH....a bubble bath and my ipod and a book......PEACE!!!!! LOL! pray that we have a safe trip. we will be passing brian's wreck site and that is always unnerving. Have a fab weekend!!!!

Today i decided to do an indoor activity because of the rain outside (which btw is VERY nice!!!). We baked cookies and then decorated them. The kitchen is now clean again!!!! Here are the pics i took while little martha stewart decorated. LOL!!! Today has been a trying day so far. My patience is wearing very thin with anna. She has been potty trained for about 3 months or more? She has had like 3 accidents in the past 2 days. It's sooooo frustrating! She used to want to go the potty "all by myself" but now she wont go unless I'm with her and if someone doesn't go with her she will just do it in her pants b/c she will wait so long. She also is extremely whiny! If something doesn't go her way look out! She will fall in the floor in tears. It is now 4:38 and I hear her upstairs running around and ava is still awake. Needless to say, they should be taking a nap! I'm going to work on my Bible study homework so maybe that will help me simmer down. Decorating those cookies were a great time with her but when she wanted ANOTHER cookie and i said not right now...OHHHHH MY!!!! I am ready for a vacation this weekend!!!!! Now, I love my girls but it is time for a vacay! Tonight is cake class and tomorrow night is Bible study at Grace. Looking forward to it. Then Friday we leave for Summerville to see Nick get married!!!! Yay!! A vacay for me and the hubby! FINALLY! Hope you all have a wonderful evening!

Anna and Ava's Birthdays (sept.18 and 19): Here are a few photos of the girls wonderful days! They had a great time at their parties. Ava had a cupcake party for her 1st and Anna had a fairy party for her 3rd! It was quite a good time with friends and families. Anna had a hard time at Ava's wondering why she didn't get any presents but she did just fine. LOL! The cakes were made by me so let me know if you would like to hire me to do yours...i love creating them!!! Hope you enjoy!!!!!!! And yes...even us moms HAD to join in on the fun!!!! The fall season is a new beginning for me so i thought I would start blogging. I'm hoping this will be awesome for me as well as for you. We'll see how it goes....
